Local SEO and website package for Warrington businesses

They search

High-intent local queries on Google and Maps.

They visit

Fast mobile site with tap-to-call.

They ring you

Enquiries to your number, not a directory.

What it is

Conversion website + ongoing local SEO

One joined-up service: a site built to convert high-intent local searches into calls, and professional local SEO every month, same model as Phoenix Windows & Doors. Every lead lands with you.

Areas covered: Warrington, Lymm, Stockton Heath, Great Sankey, Grappenhall, Appleton, Penketh, Padgate, Culcheth, Birchwood, Latchford, Woolston, Winwick, Bury, Radcliffe, Whitefield, Prestwich, Ramsbottom, Tottington, Heywood, Middleton and Unsworth.

Why it matters

Why businesses need local SEO

When someone needs a trade, a clinic, or a repair shop, they do not flick through directories. They search Google for things like:

  • Window fitter near me
  • Physio Warrington
  • Console repair near me
  • Emergency plumber Stockton Heath
  • Composite doors Warrington
  • Boiler repair Bury

If you are not on page one or in the map pack, those enquiries go to whoever Google showed first. Local SEO is how you make sure they find you instead.

High-intent searches

Why ranking on Google can beat paying for ads

Google Ads has its place. For local service businesses, showing up when someone is already searching often beats renting clicks every month.

Google Ads

Rent clicks every month. Budget off, traffic gone.

Local SEO

Own the searches that convert. Enquiries to your number.

Google Ads

  • You pay for every click, whether they ring or not
  • Traffic stops when the budget stops
  • Competitors can outbid you on the same search
  • Some searchers skip ads and trust organic results

Local SEO

  • You show up when people search for what you already sell
  • High-intent: they typed the problem, not browsed Facebook
  • Enquiries go to your number, not a shared directory lead
  • Visibility builds over time instead of switching off overnight

Not either/or for every business, but most owners I speak to in Warrington are overpaying for ads while missing the free searches. SEO vs Google Ads guide.

What's included every month

  • Conversion-focused websiteMobile-first site structured for search and enquiries: service pages, click-to-call, trust. Enquiries go to the number or channel you choose.
  • SEO strategyKeyword and competitor research, priorities for your market, and a rolling plan, not a generic checklist.
  • Content writingService and area pages, FAQs, profile posts, and on-site copy written for the searches that convert to calls.
  • Local SEOOn-page and technical execution, Search Console monitoring, and Google Business Profile work every month.
  • Google Business ProfileSetup, categories, photos, posts, reviews, and Maps visibility, matched to the site.
  • AI search visibility (GEO)Structured data, consistent business details, and answer-first content so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode can name you. Checked monthly. How it works.
  • Monthly reportsPlain-English summary each month: rankings, profile activity, what changed, and what happens next.

Rankings & content

Professional local SEO, not a template site

Rich service pages, accurate Business Profile data, and technical SEO so Google understands what you do, where you work, and how to contact you.

That means high-intent local content, clean site structure, schema markup, and Search Console monitoring, aligned with Google’s quality and spam policies, not shortcuts.

What that means in practice

  • SEO strategy: which searches bring paying enquiries, who you are up against, and what to fix first
  • Content writing: service and area pages, FAQs, and profile posts, useful copy, not keyword stuffing
  • On-page SEO: titles, headings, internal links, and schema so Google understands your offer
  • Technical SEO: indexing, speed, mobile, and fixes flagged in Search Console
  • Google Business Profile matched to the site (services, areas, photos, reviews)
  • Plain-English monthly reports: rankings, visibility, profile activity, and next steps
  • Conversion layout: prominent phone, clear quotes, trust signals, like the Phoenix site

Why Digistruct

Professional local SEO. Not agency theatre. Not an AI website.

Ranking on Google and turning visits into calls are separate skills. Most owners get sold a pretty site, or a retainer full of promises, and still never show on Maps.

Typical agency

  • False guarantees and account managers, not the person doing the work
  • Website team and SEO team in silos. Nobody owns the full result
  • Long contracts and dashboards that do not mean phone calls

DIY or AI sites

  • Looks fine but no local search strategy or Google Business Profile setup
  • Generic copy that does not match what people search
  • A contact form is not a conversion strategy

What I do

  • One person: audit, site, and monthly SEO. Your number gets the enquiries
  • No ranking guarantees. Work tied to visibility, profile data, and calls
  • Professional local SEO plus a site built to convert, in one package

FAQ

Common questions.

What is included in the one package?

A conversion-focused website plus ongoing local SEO: SEO strategy, content writing, on-page and technical work, Google Business Profile management, and Search Console monitoring. Plain-English monthly reports show rankings, visibility, and next steps. AI search visibility (GEO) is bundled in too, so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode can find and name you. You pay monthly (£500, 6-month minimum) or yearly (£4,000). There is no separate web-only or SEO-only tier.

Who gets the enquiries?

You do. Calls, texts, forms, and WhatsApp go to the number or channel you choose. You decide which enquiries to take. I do not book people into your calendar or resell leads.

Do you guarantee page one on Google?

No. Nobody ethical can guarantee rankings or a set number of leads. Local SEO depends on competition, your area, and how Google’s algorithms treat your site. I follow Google’s guidelines, show you the data each month, and focus on visibility and enquiries, like we did for Phoenix Windows & Doors.

How is this different from an SEO agency or a Wix site?

Agencies often sell account managers and dashboards while juniors do the work. DIY and AI builders launch pages with no local keyword strategy, weak structure, and no ongoing Search Console or Maps work. I do the audit, site, profile, and monthly SEO myself, one direct line, no false guarantees.
