Privacy Policy
Short version: this website does not store your details. If you book a call, Google Calendar handles scheduling. WhatsApp and phone messages are only used to reply to you, and never sold.

Who I am
This site is operated by Digistruct Consulting, based in Warrington, Cheshire, United Kingdom. You can contact us on 07721 771273, at harrison@digistruct.co.uk, or via the contact page.
What I collect
If you book a free audit call through Google Calendar on the contact page, Google processes your booking details (name, email, and anything you add to the form) under Google’s privacy policy. I receive the booking in my calendar so I can join the call.
If you call, text, or message me on WhatsApp, I only receive what you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, business details, and what you need help with. I keep it on my phone and business records for as long as needed to reply and to run the work, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
This site does not currently use analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools.
How it's used
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to deliver that work. I don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long I keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your details at any time by phone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, and to complain to the ICO if you believe I've mishandled it.
